Working Methods
We take a collegiate and collaborative approach in developing high quality curriculum and learning resources, working closely with senior leaders, curriculum leads, teachers, students and support services. We are technology agnostic and put the education professional, and their learners, at the centre of the learning design process. We take an iterative approach to ensure curriculum and resource development fully align with wider learning strategies.
Professional Network
In providing bespoke quality curriculum and resource design services, we can draw upon our wider network of highly skilled associate consultants and freelancers, all who share our core values and ethos of excellence, collaboration and inclusion.
Research-Informed Practice
Our practice builds on and values research-informed best practice. In working with our clients, we actively encourage and facilitate wider sharing of practice and resources, contributing to the broader educational knowledge base. Collaboration, excellence and inclusion shape everything we do, and we particularly value our clients who share our vision of excellence for all.
“Working with Gill on our research focused project has enabled us to illuminate and expand good practice from across our providers to shape and define a partnership wide Student Experience Statement of Intent. This project and Gill’s approach aligned with our own strategic priorities to grow and collaboratively develop high quality higher technical education, with a key focus on the learner experience. Co-created by our partnership, and informed by emergent good practice nationally, this learner centred approach is now being considered more widely across other Institutes of Technology.”
Our Approach
How we work is as important as the work we do. We embrace a culture of inclusive practice and collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes for learners, whatever their starting point, wherever and however they learn. Our passion for excellence and inclusion reflects our belief in the positive impact of high quality education on individuals and their communities.
